« Les Histoires de Tiantian » constituent une série de livres de lecture conçus pour accompagner les manuels 1 à 4 de la méthode *Easy Steps to Chinese*. Pour chacun des quatre niveaux, la série comprend cinq ouvrages ; chacun d'eux relate trois histoires correspondant aux trois leçons de chaque unité du manuel *Easy Steps to Chinese*. Ces livres retracent les aventures d'un collégien nommé Tiantian. Ils visent à créer un environnement stimulant permettant aux élèves de réviser, de mettre en pratique et de consolider le vocabulaire, les structures de phrases et les points linguistiques abordés dans le manuel.

The Stories of Tiantian is a series of readers matching Textbooks 1-4 of Easy Steps to Chinese. For each of the four levels, there are five readers, each telling three stories, matching the three lessons in each unit of Easy Steps to Chinese. The readers describe the adventures of a secondary school student called Tiantian. The readers aim to create a motivating environment, in which students can revise, practice and consolidate the vocabulary, sentence structures and language points they have learned from the textbook.
